The scene where they’re standing in the rain and Kelly says “I love you… you’re the love of my life. To which Tom Hanks says, “I love you too Kelly… more than you’ll ever know.” That really got to me. Its the way I once felt about a girl I was with for over 3 years and since it ended between us over 2 years ago, I haven’t got her out of my mind. I don’t I’ll ever feel that way about someone again. But as Tom Hanks says “Tomorrow the sun will rise… who knows what the tide could bring.”
very very very beautiful movie. very powerful and emotional, its so mindbreaking and so… i could happen anyone. I often imagaine If I one day would end up by myself on a island.. dont know if I would have as good as T.Hanks, but imagaine when you have to face the reality that you are completeley dessert..
its.. no.. not enough words to describe it.
I love you tom hanks! You as a person made this movie real!
There are things of which we may not speak;
There are dreams that cannot die;
There are thoughts that make the strong heart weak,
and bring a pallor to the cheek,
And a mist before the eye.
And the words of that fatal song come over us
like a chill–
Your will was the winds will,
And the thoughts of youth are long, long thoughts. Longfellow
