simple u can put it on a knife and hold it over a fire or go on youtube and search up how to build a vaporizer and you can build one with a lightbulub and google all of the benefits compared to a a joint.

actually the price doesnt depend on where you are, its the strain of weed and the quality, my OG Kush goes for $4500 a pound, i know some guys that grow Hydro and sell for $6000 a pound, and just btw i live in canada
